About the Course
In this training, participants will be equipped to effectively manage stakeholders in agile contexts and to understand, draft, and negotiate contracts that reflect flexibility and adaptiveness. The training will cover essential strategies for managing various types of stakeholders and techniques for prioritizing product and portfolio decisions. Participants will also learn about agile contracts, including how to handle scope, schedule, and budget, as well as different contract types suited for agile product development and projects.
